Probably one of the nicer department stores I’ve been to in awhile. I say that because every department was incredibly organized, the associates were very helpful, and if you went to a rack (anywhere in the store) the clothes were sized. The manager and associates obviously take pride in their work. The prices are competitive and the sales are great!

The service was amazing! We had awsome help. Only down fall to our visit was a woman that was giving the cashiers a hard time. Just screaming at those poor kids! They handled themselves in a very professional manner.

Had a very nice lady Gloria Holmes that works there help me and I opened a Belk card and the store had a great sale I always thought it was to expensive for me it was my frist it going there with my friend now I will go all the time on Tuesday it Senior citizen's day and I'll be going to check out all the sales. When you have 40 and 50 and 70% off on sales, that's good.

While visiting Waxahachie, TX over the weekend, I was searching for some pants. I could not find my size, but I was fortunate because I met Juanita, who works in the ladies dept. She assured me that I could order the pants in my size, and they would be shipped to me for free. I did so and was so surprised when the 3 pair of pants I ordered arrived today, only 3 days later! Thank you so much, Juanita, and the shipping crew, who made sure my order was delivered in an expeditious manner to Amelia Island, FL! Juanita has excellent customer service skills, and she was so kind, patient, and helpful!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly by a lady who asked if she could be of assistance. I told her what I was looking for and she knew exactly where to find it and directed me right to it. When I went to check out, the online coupon I was wasn't working, but the cashier helped me locate a better coupon. The store was clean and well laid out and every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful.
